We are seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager with Data & AI expertise to join our Business Technology Transformation practice in Basel, driving growth and innovation for our clients in the German-speaking cantons of Switzerland. This leadership role involves collaborating with CIOs and technology leaders to transform technology organizations into strategic innovation catalysts and drivers of digital transformation.
Your role:
As an Engagement Manager with Data & AI expertise, you will be a key subject matter expert, guiding technology leaders and business executives in transforming their technology organizations. Your work will drive innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation across various industries. You'll provide thought leadership, foster trust-based relationships, and collaborate with ELCA Group's tech experts to deliver impactful digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute cross-enterprise Data & AI roadmaps with C-Level leaders.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to refine operating models.
- Lead engagement teams, plan workstreams, and mentor colleagues.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and metrics, and coordinate governance meetings.
- Communicate technical details and project results to senior executives.
- Develop internal and external communication materials for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with industry teams to enhance business technology transformation expertise.

Engage directly with clients from various business domains.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years in strategy or management consulting.
- 4+ years in data, analytics, and AI strategy or implementation.
- Experience with stakeholder value/business case validation.
- Skilled in creating executive presentations and corporate communication materials.
- Proficient in operating model design and implementation (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills.
- Deep understanding of current IT trend as well as passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Business; additional technical degree is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in building relationships with C-suite executives.
- Strong track record in managing strategic projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients.
Fluent in German and English; proficiency in other Swiss national languages is an asset.
