Lighthouse Projects Lead Clinical Development & Operations
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bayer Clinical Development and Operations (CD&O) is driving novel, innovative drugs to patients – serving thousands of patients every year to treat the untreatable, cure diseases and offer hope. Bayer Clinical Development and Operations is continuously striving to improve and accelerate in serving our mission.
The Lead Lighthouse Projects is a pivotal role in CD&O to develop, drive and successfully implement key strategic programs, improvement initiatives and transformation projects to maximize the impact of Bayer CD&O. The Lead Lighthouse Projects is responsible to identify improvement options, set-up and lead the initiatives through to implementation including key stakeholder alignment emphasizing lean and effective execution.
The Lead Lighthouse Projects will work cross-function within CD&O brining novel ideas and innovation into CD&O to improve the set up of the CD&O organization and the underlying processes. The Lead Lighthouse Projects will work closely with senior managers in CD&O and report to the Head Clinical Data & Performance Excellence. The role will also interact with key (executive) stakeholders outside CDO across R&D and beyond.
