In Global IT we ensure an efficient and effective digital environment that supports our business in the best possible way. Our Business Modelling and Project Management Team is the interface between the business and the technical IT departments to ensure business requirements are properly understood, addressed, designed, and implemented. You will lead complex IT/Digital projects, manage IT/Digital requests, act as the product owner for digital business services, and advise/guide our business units on suitable IT solutions and their development.


    Lead complex, global, and local Digital/IT projects following defined standard processes
    Serve as the product owner for digital business services in close collaboration with the team and the business
    Operate, develop, and enhance an internal and external, global marketplace for digital business services in collaboration with the team and the business community
    Manage Digital/IT requests according to our standard procedure based on Cobit
    Contribute to the development of the team in the application of process automation and artificial intelligence in projects and business areas
    Advise and guide the internal business partners on fitting IT solutions and their further development
    Evaluate, identify, and implement software solutions meeting business requirements
    Utilize low or no-code solutions such as Mendix and Power Platform when necessary

    Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
    More than 5 years proven track record in project management and leading cross-functional, international project teams; certification desirable
    Strong knowledge of business processes, standard IT processes, governance, and methodologies
    Strong problem-solving, and communication skills and the ability to think outside the box
    Capable of making the case for change and demonstrating the benefit of using Digital solutions over the current approach
    Experience with digital business services and marketplaces
    Familiarity with process automation and artificial intelligence applications in business
    Proficiency in Jira for managing IT requests and projects is a plus
    Experience with low or no-code and IoT projects is a plus
    Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
