About the role
Reporting to the Nyon Automation & GxP computerized systems Lead, the OT Project Manager is expected to deliver OT driven investment projects, from the business case to hand over, in accordance with quality procedures and site safety, setting under controls costs and deadlines, applying PM standard processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project management: deliver results of projects respecting schedule and costs, managing necessary studies, external societies, purchase, construction, Factory Acceptance Tests, installation on site, Site Acceptance Tests, Qualification, and hand over / return of experience, Risk Analysis and scope controls along all project deployment.
  • Technical: defined technical solution that will support project requirements in line with customer needs. Ensure fit for purpose design from feasibility to execution. Knowledge in OT Environment, Computerized System Validation, packaging and bulk equipment for semisolids and liquids production.
  • OT Obsolescence: Lead the implementation of the Nyon site OT obsolescence. roadmap in collaboration with the Nyon OT Champion and the Nyon Automation & GxP Computerized Systems Lead.
  • Safety: High degree of safety consciousness to be integrated in design and during project deployment.
  • Quality: High degree of quality consciousness to be integrated in design and during project deployment.
  • Organizational: manage sponsors, stakeholders, gather all necessary information to make decision. Build & lead project team along the project.
  • Administrative: assess and follow up projects’ costs and schedule, ensure predictability. Deliver project documentation.
  • Communication: animate cross-functional teams, communicate potential problems and relevant actions plan, ensure relevant confidentiality level, have the capacity to represent legitimately skills authority on the project.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
  • Engineer degree - generalist or IT / OT
  • 5 years of project management and related experience.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong familiarity with OT, Automation and Control System.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Autonomy, organized, ability to analyze and synthesize, accountable, target oriented, customer focus, leadership, flexible and agile.
  • PMP or PMI certificate.
  • Language: fluent in French, fluent in English.
Preferred
  • Project management at pharmaceutical company preferred, Cosmetics, Foods, Chemicals is acceptable.
