About the job
This role focuses on supporting the commercialization strategy for digital workflows, including workflow launches, sales enablement, and revenue growth initiatives. The position involves working closely with internal teams and local sales organizations across EMEA to drive market adoption and business expansion.


Key Responsibilities


1. Market Development & Strategic Growth:

  • Contribute to the regional and local commercialization strategy for digital workflows, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities across different EMEA markets.
  • Support the development and adaptation of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with EMEA business units, global teams, and country organizations.
  • Work cross-functionally with digital, and implant business units to drive integrated workflow adoption and expansion into new clinical areas and customer segments.
  • Assist in defining strategic priorities for the region and identifying key enablers for successful market penetration.

2. Revenue Growth & Commercial Support:

  • Work with local sales organizations to support revenue growth initiatives for workflow solutions.
  • Help define commercial models and value propositions for integrated digital and non-digital solutions.
  • Support the transition to new sales approaches (e.g., hybrid sales) and business models (e.g., software/hardware subscriptions).

3. Market Education & Engagement:

  • Collaborate with internal Training & Education teams to drive awareness and knowledge of digital workflows.
  • Support the organization of events, training sessions, and engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercialization and adoption of digital workflows.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support subsidiaries in optimizing local sales execution based on data-driven insights.


About You


Academic & Professional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercialization in the dental, MedTech, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with software and service sales (SaaS, HaaS) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, market trends, and business models.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
