Our Education Design team works at the forefront of digital learning, harnessing the power of media and graphic design to create immersive educational content. Our work spans curriculum and assessment development, medical simulations, video production, development of educational materials, and establishment of digital platforms on a global scale.

Are you ready to push the boundaries of medical education? We're seeking an effective and innovative education leader to drive the future of curriculum development in medical professional education.

Main Responsibilities


As Manager Curriculum Design, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge competency-based curricula, working closely with expert faculty in education taskforces and commissions and educational professionals in the Education Design team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape how medical professionals learn and develop their expertise.

What You'll Drive:

  • Strategic development of innovative competency-based curricula that challenge traditional boundaries in medical education
  • Guiding of education taskforces, building consensus and driving educational excellence with medical experts
  • Evidence-based curriculum development that advances medical education standards
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless alignment between curriculum vision and instructional implementation
  • Strategic planning and execution of educational initiatives that drive measurable impact

Main Requirments


  • University degree in education, medical education, or related field with demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
  • 7+ years of experience in adult medical education and curriculum development, including 3+ years of team management
  • Proven ability to lead and influence education taskforces and expert groups and teams of education professional colleagues
  • Strong theoretical foundation in educational frameworks combined with practical implementation expertise
  • Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, particularly with clinical experts and volunteer faculty
  • Data-driven approach to educational design and impact measurement
  • Vision for pushing educational boundaries while ensuring practical implementation
