Our Community & Governance department is fostering a global and diverse AO community in the clinical specialties of trauma, spine, craniomaxillofacial, veterinary and reconstructive surgery. It consists of three main areas: Community Development, Marketing, and management of leading AO Specialty Boards.
As the AO Community Platform Product and Commercial Manager at the AO Foundation, you will play a critical role in implementing, enhancing, and optimizing AO’s digital community platform while driving its commercialization. This role will ensure the platform meets organizational goals by balancing user-centric design with strategic monetization. You will act as the bridge between business needs, technical capabilities, and revenue opportunities, ensuring that solutions are tailored for both community engagement and financial sustainability. Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, solution consulting skills, and business acumen to implement platform configurations and develop sustainable revenue streams.
