At our production site in Vionnaz (Valais, Switzerland) we are looking for a Senior Quality System Specialist - Quality Assurance (f/m/d) to join our Quality department and foster quality thinking onsite.

Your tasks:

• Shaping and organizing the documentation system in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality System guidelines.
• Suggests/recommends and implements new policies and procedures to improve existing processes and products.
• Interacts with the Group's Global Quality System as part of global process review and improvement, facilitating local implementation of Group policies and standard operating procedures.
• Suggest and implement improvements in quality systems and SOPs taking into account LEAN GMP approaches.
• In coordination with the departments, maintains and revises the Master Qualification and Validation Plans.
• Reviewing and approval of GMP System documentation, which includes validation protocols, data, reports, etc.
• Steers the Change Management process.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and trending Quality Event handling data.
• Maintains, updates and presents quality indicators and dashboard.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in engineering sciences, chemistry, pharmacy or comparable specialization.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of GMP.
• Familiarity with lean production principles and practices, use of lean production tools and effective participation in improvement projects.
• Solution-oriented, communicative and service-minded personality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, German an asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both internally and externally.
